The discovery process is our opportunity to learn more about your needs, your past experiences and your expectations as we help you with the home selling process.
Our process begins with an initial phone consultation which is followed by a series of educational videos and a detailed home seller questionnaire. From the beginning, we want to make sure that our goals are aligned with your goals and that we provide you with the necessary knowledge to allow you to make an informed decision.
After our initial phone consultation, we will complete a thorough market analysis of all comparable homes sold in your area, we map out a tentative timeline to ensure that we can prepare your home in time to meet your target list date and lastly we begin to customize our marketing plan so that we can "tell the story” of your home and community.
We ask that you complete our short questionnaire prior to our meeting. The questionnaire provides us with the additional information needed to determine your estimated net proceeds and it also helps us tailor the home selling process to meet your specific needs.
At our meeting we will review your questionnaire, answer any questions that you may have, review our marketing strategy, complete a "market ready" analysis of your home and ultimately determine if we are a good fit for each other.
If more information is needed we will provide it to you as quickly as possible in a simple easy to understand format. If we ultimately decide that we are not a good fit for each other we wish you the best of luck and we are always available as a resource or a second opinion. If we decide to work with each other we will sign the listing & marketing agreement and review the next steps of our home selling process to ensure that you are informed at every step of the way.
