    Identify Which Services Are Needed & Develop A Budget

    Together we will identify which improvements will increase your home's value and we will agree upon a budget.

    Project Management

    We will manage the entire process. We will obtain estimates, hire the contractors & vendors and ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards.

    Complete The Transformation & Prepare To Go To Market

    Upon the completion of upgrades, we will stage your home, take professional photographs, film the 3D Walkthrough and professional video.

    Reimbursement For Services

    Reimbursement for the services will occur through escrow. There are no upfront costs to the seller.

Who will manage my project?

We will be the project manager from start to finish.

Are there any services not covered by the Concierge Plus Program?

For your convenience we have developed our Concierge Plus Program so it can be used with a wide range of vendors.

How do you select contractors and vendors?

We use the same contractors and vendors who have completed work in our own home (we are very picky).


Can I select my owner contractor and/or vendors?

Yes, although Broker approval is required.

Is there a maximum budget?

You must have enough equity to cover the traditional closing costs and the cost of improvements. The final budget requires homeowner and Broker approval.

When do I have to pay for the services?

You will pay for the services in escrow with the proceeds from the sale of your home. Or reimbursement will be due within 5 days if you terminate your listing agreement.

What's the catch?

There is no catch. We want what you want. The highest price possible, in the shortest amount of time with the best possible terms.
