Can I really cancel at any time?

Yes! We will spend our time, our capital and our resources to prepare, market and list your home for sale. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, but you are free to cancel your listing if you are not happy with our level of service.

Do I owe you anything if I cancel my listing?

No. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, but you are free to cancel your listing without reimbursing us for staging, cleaning, photography, video, marketing etc.

Are there any exceptions?

Just a couple. Rest assured, we want what you want: For you to have a stress free and enjoyable home selling experience.

First, a seller can't cancel a listing if they are in an active escrow. The escrow would have to be cancelled before cancelling the listing agreement.

Second, the additional services that we offer above and beyond our Professional, Professional Plus and Professional Guaranteed listing packages are reimbursable. For example, in the event that a seller cancelled their listing, we would seek reimbursement for the repairs and/or upgrades that we paid for above and beyond the services that were included in the listing package.
